Shipping & returns

SHIPPING POLICY:

DealsAreUs.ca ships during normal business days which are Monday through Friday. Weekend shipment of orders is currently unavailable. Please allow one day processing when estimating shipping time.

Canadian Shipping Single item - delivered via Canada Post regular mail. Shipping costs are based on shipping destination and will be calculated upon checkout.

If at least three items from your order are IN STOCK we will upgrade your order to Canada Post Expedited at NO extra charge.

Canada Post delivery standards: Regular Post delivers within 3 business days locally, 4 to 6 business days regionally and 5-7 business days nationally between major Canadian centres. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for delivery to remote locations.

Canada Post Expedited delivers 1 -2 business days locally and regionally, and 4 -7 business days nationally between major Canadian centres.

USA Shipping We ship USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

We are working on expanding our shipping destinations, so do check with us in the future if we are currently not able to ship to your address. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

RETURN POLICY: We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered or received we'll take it back.

 Please return the item via Canada Post. Upon receipt of the return a credit will be issued to the original method of payment.

** Unopened items can be returned with proof of purchase within 365 days.

** For Damaged or Defective product we will allow 30 days for a refund or exchange.
