The Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour: Christimas Special

Virtuoso guitar player (and member of the famed Wrecking Crew of session musicians) Glen Campbell shot to stardom in the late '60s with hit singles such as ?Gentle on My Mind,? ?Galveston,? and ?By the Time I Get to Phoenix.? After a stint as the summer replacement host on The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour earned him rave reviews, CBS gave him a show of his own, The Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour, starting in 1969. Featuring solo and duet recordings with a number of musical stars, plus comedy sketches featuring guest actors and comedians, the show was in the Nielsen Top 20 and ran for four seasons. This DVD presents the first two Christmas specials from the show on DVD for the first time.
