Rick, now Trailer Park Supervisor, has turned Julian's trailer into a dope factury and spends his days playing hash hockey with Bubbles. When Julian, Mr. Lahey and Randy all get out of jail on the same day, things at the park start to unwind. Julian learns of Ricky's fields od dreams and together they decide to try to buy the park.
